This Addendum is hereby made a part of the above-referenced RFP. The following questions were received from prospective vendors and are answered below for clarification purposes. Except as specifically amended herein, all terms, conditions, and requirements of the original RFP remain unchanged.

Question 1:

Should redacted copies of the proposal be provided as a printed copy or can it be provided via USB drive as a PDF?

Answer:

The redacted copy can be provided as a printed copy or on a USB drive.  Be sure to indicate on your proposal that the redacted copy is on the USB

Question 2:

How many juveniles are detained at this facility annually?

Answer:

Annual Intakes Total-294

Intakes Average-24.5/month

Annual Releases Total-300

Releases Average-25/month

Average Daily Census-14 for 2025, 16 for 2026

Question 3:

Are there any pain points with the current system/process the County would like to see improved or resolved with the new system?

Answer:

We are looking to transition this process to a paperless environment.

Question 4:

Please verify the number of staff who will have access to the system and in what capacity: # Administrators, # Users (read only)

Answer:

There will be 24 staff users and 3 administrative users.  There will be 6 or 7 active users during any point in time.

Question 5:

INVITATION TO BID.PDF page 2, “Failure to submit the bid using the format prescribed herein will be reason for disqualification of the bid.” Can the County verify their preferred format order for proposal submissions?

Answer:

We want to make sure that the pricing is detailed as requested.

The proposal should include pricing information for initial deployment and licensing, implementation, support, and maintenance services for at least three (3) years postimplementation.
