Only one manufactured/mobile home or recreational vehicle is permitted on a legal lot of any size in unincorporated Shelby County. 

Two (2) or more manufactured/mobile homes may be allowed provided the property owner complies with the Shelby County Regulations for Manufactured Home Communities.
