Substitution Request: 

07-5419 PVC Roofing – Carlisle Sure-Flex 80 mil - – APPROVED

Questions and Clarifications:  

Q1- The masonry wainscot is called out as Nettleton Concrete Burnished Face. Is that a current name?

A1- The product is now called Nettleton Concrete Brushed Face. The “Dalmation” masonry color is current and the mortar is to be Coosa “Gray”, Type S. 

Q2- Are the insulated metal panels only to be installed by licensed or authorized installers?

A2- Yes. The manufacturer of this product, Nucor, requires licensed or authorized installers. Equivalent substitutions with the same profiles, R-values, and sizes will be considered. 

Q3- Since a fluid applied WRB and exposed concrete sealer is being applied to the concrete walls, can the Xypex concrete admixture be deleted?

A3- Yes, the Xypex admixture can be deleted.
