CHARLES E. WATTS, INC. hereby gives notice of completion of contract with the Shelby County Commission for construction of Project Number SCP 59-979-25 Bituminous Treatment JG with Polymer in Shelby County, Alabama.
This notice will appear on the website of the Shelby County Commission for three
(3) consecutive weeks beginning on 11/5/2025 and ending on 11/26/2025. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Shelby County Highway Department.
