                                              ADDENDUM NO. 1

TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS

The changes, modifications, clarifications and/or additions covered by and set forth in this

Addendum No. 1 shall become part and be incorporated in the Specifications, Contract

Documents, Bid Documents, and Plans for the above referenced project. The Contractor shall

include this Addendum as well as any previous and subsequent addenda that may be issued with

his proposal Bid Documents as indicating his receipt and acceptance of its terms, requirements,

and clarifications.

The Contractor shall also acknowledge receipt of this addendum on page BD-16 of the

Specifications-Contractual Documents.

DRAWINGS:

Clarification: Add a 10” MJ gate valve at the 36”x 10” tee on Connection 2 at Chelsea

Park Road.

The Bidder further certifies that deductive alternate Material Suppliers and Equipment

Manufacturers he has properly indicated that are approved by the Owner will be awarded

contracts for supply of their products.

The below Material or Equipment Manufacturer’s listed are allowed choices the

Contractor may use for the specific material/equipment listed. The Contractor may only use one

supplier/manufacturer of each item below. When the Contractor supplies the Engineer a

submittal for an item, the supplier/manufacturer for the item will be established. Note that not all

items are listed on this page but only select items. Some items require identifying

suppliers/manufacturers in the Bid Documents, some items are identified by standards of quality

in the Specifications and/or Drawings, and some items are specifically listed in the Specification

and/or Drawings. The Contractor shall review all documents thoroughly with his vendors before

preparing his bid and when submitting on any items.
