Shelby Urban County - 2025 Annual Action Plan
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Shelby County has drafted an Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2025 as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding principally for low- and moderate-income persons. For Program Year 2025, HUD has allocated $878,552 in CDBG funds to Shelby County and the annual action plan identifies two projects.
A 15-day notice is hereby given for a 30-day public comment period that shall occur from August 26 through September 26, 2025. This plan can be viewed during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at the Shelby County Department of Development Services located at 1123 County Services Drive, Pelham, AL 35124; or it can be viewed online at https://shelbyal.com/urbancounty.
