General:
1. Revised Bid Form
- An error in the bid form has been brought to our attention. The base bid for item
401B‐111 Bituminous Treatment G, CRS‐2 (With Polymer Additive) should be
139,793 SY, not 204,169 SY. This is the G Treatment for units 1E‐4E. The G
Treatment line item of 64,376 SY for the remaining units (5E‐16E) is correct and
is reflected at the bottom of the bid form and can be bid as DOT C‐10 Trackless
Tack. The total amount of G Treatment for the entire project totals 204,169 as
shown in the plans.
Please replace the bid form originally included in the bid package with the
attached revised bid form dated 3/4/2025.
