PUBLIC NOTICE
Tortorigi Construction, Inc. hereby gives notice of completion of contract with the Shelby County Commission for construction of Landfill Turn Lanes and Access Road in Shelby County Alabama. This notice will appear on the website of the Shelby County Commission for a period of three weeks beginning on 08/02/2024 and ending on 08/23/2024. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Shelby County Department of Facilities and General Services.
