[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS - Zoning Map for the Harpersville-Vincent Zoning Beat

You are invited to attend one of the following walk in meetings at the Harpersville Community Center located at 39321 Hwy 25, Harpersville, AL 35078 to learn more about zoning and the zoning initiation process in the Harpersville-Vincent Zoning Beat. We encourage residents to stop by any time during the following time frames to view and comment on the proposed zoning map. This is a walk in meeting and not a presentation. We will have Shelby County support staff to answer any questions concerning the Proposed Zoning Map from the hours listed below.

  • Thursday June 20, 2024 - 8:00am until 11:30am
  • Thursday June 20, 2024 - 4:00pm until 7:30pm
  • Tuesday June 25, 2024 - 8:00am until 11:30am
  • Tuesday June 25, 2024 - 4:00pm until 7:30pm

Please note that zoning consideration is only for parcels located in unincorporated Shelby County within the Zoning Beat. The zoning of property within municipalities will not be affected by this process.

Anyone interested in this matter may attend the Shelby County Planning Commission meeting on Monday July 15, 2024 6:00pm for the Public Hearing for the Proposed Zoning Map.
