Location for the bid opening remains the Shelby County Manager’s Office, located at 200 College Street Room 123, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051

Clarifications:

Q1:  The bid documents state that the project shall be substantially complete within 30 working days after Notice to Proceed.  Can this time be extended?

A1:  After receiving input from contractors and materials suppliers, the County will allow following the bid award and contract execution, 30 calendar days for materials procurement followed by 60 calendar days for construction time.
