Location for the bid opening remains the office of the Shelby County Chief Financial Officer, located at 200 West College Street, Room 125, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051

Clarifications:
- Q1. Will the existing shelter, generator, and propane pads need to be completely removed, or just to a certain depth?
A1. The existing shelter will need to be completely removed.
- Q2. Is a refurbished shelter acceptable if it allows for a shorter lead time and more cost efficient if it meets all the requirements.
A2. A refurbished shelter is not acceptable at this time.
- Q3. Addendum #1 Q13 says we need to provide a UPS for the new Shelter, we will need spec on what you are requiring. Run time, Amps Voltage, Etc.
A3. See Addendum 1, Question 24 - The UPS unit required is an Eaton 9PXM 8KVA with remote Gateway (Modbus TCP/TRU)
- Q4. For the 5 year General contractors roofing guarantee, is the GC responsible for the 5 year warranty, or is this on the manufacturer of the shelter, assuming this is only for the one new shelter that we are providing.?
A4. The manufacturer is responsible for the five year roofing warranty.
