Location for the bid opening remains the office of the Shelby County Chief Financial Officer, located at 200 West College Street, Room 125, Columbiana, Alabama, 35051

Clarifications:
- Q1. Please confirm that zoning has been completed by the County.
A1. Yes, all zoning has been addressed by the owner.
- Q2. Please confirm that all NEPA/SHPO has been completed by the County.
A2. Because of the minimal grading required for these projects coupled with prior use of the property, it has been determined that the projects have no adverse effects.
- Q3. Please confirm that power coordination has been completed and we do not need to cover any aid to construct cost.
A3. All coordination and payment to Alabama Power for service will be the responsibility of the owner. The contractor shall provide the required connection to Alabama Power’s line which includes the service panel and meter base and any required disconnects associated with the service. This design shall be the responsibility of the contractor and shall be approved and inspected by the AHJ as part of the permit obtained and paid for by the contractor.
- Q4. Please confirm that all site prep has been completed by the county, trees cleared, access road cleared, site compound area leveled and ready for construction.

- Q5. Please confirm we will only be responsible for minimal site prep and leveling and final rocking of compound.
