- The pre-bid meeting date has been changed from Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. to Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The location of the pre-bid meeting remains at the office of the County Engineer, 506 Highway 70, Columbiana, Alabama 35051.
