NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received to Project No. SCP 59-939-23, Widening County Road 47 From Approximately 1,100 Feet South of US-280 to US-280 in the City of Chelsea, by the Shelby County Commission at the Office of the County Manager, Shelby County, 200 West College Street Columbiana, Alabama 35051 until 2:00 p.m. Thursday May 16, 2024, and at that time publicly opened on the items listed below. A description of proposed items of work is summarized as follows:

A mandatory Pre-Bid will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the office of the Shelby County Engineer located at 506 Highway 70, Columbiana, AL 35051. Requests for information shall be accepted from bidders until Tuesday, March 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM. Bidders with questions may submit them via email, telephone, or in person at the office of the Shelby County Engineer located at 506 Highway 70, Columbiana, AL 35051.
Plans and proposals will be available on Shelby County’s E-Bid portal beginning at 10:00 a.m. Friday April 26, 2024.
