History:

Columbiana's Liberty Day began in 1986 as a celebration of the statue of Liberty. Over the course of almost 40 years, it has evolved into a 2 day, family friendly event with live music, arts and crafts, a Main Street parade, and a phenomenal fireworks show. Columbiana takes pride in being able to celebrate the city and memories that have been made here. The town looks forward to seeing the thousands of visitors from across Alabama that come to join in this celebration every year. We hope you will be one of them!

Activities:

This two day event will include music on three stages, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, children's games, a car show, a hot dog eating contest, a parade on Main Street, and the best fireworks show in central Alabama.
