A three-course dinner with a chosen wine pairing for each course! We'll have the evening setup so that you can read about why each choice was made for the course, and if you have any additional questions, feel free to ask your server! 

You'll have a note-taking sheet, helpful terms, wine wheel, and more! 

You'll be sure to go home informed about the wines that we offer and a great skill to have a home for personal enjoyment or for dinner gatherings.
